It went fantastic! Mark scheduled an appointment two business days later. He was expedient, set everything up including the outdoor keypad, and his installation charge was the lowest I’ve ever paid! I recommend Mark highly!

Mark supplied and installed a garage door for our accessory dwelling unit in East Austin. He visited the site to see what we were doing, helped me understand what work needed to happen in order to clear a path for him, and did the installation himself. Our project was slower than most, but Mark was flexible about the schedule. The door looks and works great. If you're looking for a good price and a quality product, talk to Garage Door Masters.

Mark called back as he indicated.  He showed up 5 minutes early and did the job within 30 minutes.  He answered my questions in a professional manner.  The price was very reasonable for excellent same day service!

We have a duplex, and one of the garage door openers stopped working. Our property manager called Garage Door Masters and had the unit repaired. Unfortunately, the repaired opener stopped working shortly thereafter so we had a new Lift Master unit installed which has been working well for our tenant.
Mark didn't charge us for the repair that didn't work, which we appreciated very much. And, since we are located out of state, they were able to email us an invoice to handle payment.
We'll be calling Garage Door Masters for any garage door or opener issues we have in the future!

Mark was great! He was on time and very professional and reasonable. He quoted me $125 when I emailed asking for service and a price estimate. He didn't change the price when he got here or try to say it I needed to do extra work.
He completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and I will use him again if needed. Best part, was we were able to park our cars in the garage again!

Mark re-anchored the bracket holding the springs to the wall . He rewound the springs , reinstalled the cables, oiled the rollers and tested door and opener. He did this the same day he came to give me an estimate. I am happy with the work and the price.

I was truly impressed by this experience. I called Garage Door Masters and Mark answered the phone early in the morning. He told me he could be at my house in an hour and a half--and he was! True to his word, that impressed me. He also showed up with all the parts he needed and was able to complete the job fast. And then he charged me a perfectly reasonable price.
I was totally stuck between a rock and a hard place. Our garage door is too heavy to lift by hand myself, and I needed it fixed. I think other less honest service providers might have been inclined to take advantage of my plight. I was really impressed by Mark's service and highly recommend him.

Mark had previously installed a garage door opener to one of two garage doors I have. One day I backed into the door as it was opening. My SUV dented the middle of the door and knocked it off the track 1/2 way open. I struggled to close and rig the door locked. Mark came out that night.
He laughed at my story, hammered the door back to its original shape, screwed the rubber strip back into place and re-aligned the door back on its tracks. Then charged me ZERO for his work.
I will definitly use his services for the other 1/2 of my garage and highly recommend him.

Mark was there when he said he would be, The work was completed in 1 afternoon. He could have saved a few buck by using some of the old hardware, but changed everything except the frame the door is attached to. We would highly recommend this company and encourage even the thriftiest to get a quote from Mark. It was not only a great price, but a great value.

I stupidly backed out of my garage before the automatic door had gone up all the way and dented the crap out of it to where I couldn't move the door. I had to take the pins out and jimmy the door closed (after I removed the car). I called Mark about a week later and he was very accommodating about the time/date to come take a look. Mark had installed the garage door opener several months earlier.
Mark spent less than 15 min pounding the door back into shape, screwing the bottom rubber back onto the door, and placing the pins back onto the frame. He ran a safety check and my door worked perfectly! He charged me nothing! Talk about great customer service! He was pleasant, professional and very proficient at what he does. I would definitly recommend his company for any garage door needs.

We called Mark Williams with our garage door that was not working properly. He came the next day, found the problem was just a simple adjustment and fixed it. He also fixed our key pad so it works. In 5 minutes he had everything working great. I would highly recomend Garage Door Masters to everyone I know.
