For the steps of the process that have been completed, the project has gone well. The period of time from the identification of the property to closing was less than two weeks. D. W. has shown a lot of initiative, has handled his part of the effort flawlessly, and kept us informed at all stages. At this point, we give D. W. high marks. We will submit a full report when the project has been completed.

- Danny was very organized and spent a lot of time up front explaing the steps to buying a home. He gave us flowcharts and document lists so we knew what to expect.
