They provide written estimates and proof of insurance. They generally work on bigger projects, so if you need something done right away, BD may not be the company for you. We had one glitch with a worker breaking the garage door and leaving scratches on wood trim, a mess of scattered tools in our garage, but it was remedied quickly and without cost. The cement and siding work was very good, but quality patching/painting on house exterior was just okay.
