It went great!  Jade and one of his employee's arrived on time,  completed the removal & takeaway of the old unit & installed the new unit the same day.  They came back a couple of days later & did the attic insulation.  Jade was very professional, sincere, hard working & just a really nice guy.  He backs up all of his work & his product.   We won't hesitate to use Jade again if needed and we would highly recommend him to family & friends along with everybody else in the ATX area!

Jade, the owner of ATX Air, is fantastic. I used Jade initially to inspect an old AC system at a home I was buying. He came recommended. The AC is the original; close to 15 years old and the former owners of the home had several window units installed. I was concerned I would have to replace the whole system.  Jade diagnosed the efficiency of the AC system well, repaired a leak, replaced a few parts and it works great now! Very fair price for his service.  Since then he installed a thermostat for me and
replaced the motor on the AC. Still humming along. When I can afford to replace the system I will use ATX Air. Jade is extremely honest and very skilled. I also had ATX Air fix my old furnace. The heat went out in the middle of winter. I called ATX Air. Jade had the necessary part in stock, and I had heat withing 24 hours. A+ service and price.

We had an issue with the outside unit freezing up with loads of thick ice. We had called the original installer 4 times. They were not able top figure the problem out. I called ATX and Jade came out to our house and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. He explained things to us in laymen's terms. We asked him a bunch of questions. He did not mind answering any of them. He professionalism was awesome. He went the extra step to check another problem we had with the fan speed at no charge. We felt that he was honest and truly cared about his customers. He came out when the part came in and installed it in three hours as discussed. After the install he stayed around to talk about our other issues with the unit. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WOULD USE THEM IN THE NEAR FUTURE. iIt is very hard to find a competent ,honest ,hardworking man like Jade. I promise you will not be sorry when you call his service. If there were 10'stars I would give him 10+ rating!!!!!
