A Better Choice Pest Control

Never had a pest problem while services was active (once a quarter) for about 4 years
However they stopped coming late last year, and I got no response on phone, so I started with another pest control company.

The treatment is effective.  We find some dead scorpions for a few days after each spraying.  No bugs seen for most of the three months until the next spraying.

They're service is good because they are very thorough, reasonably priced, and punctual. They were obviously effective or we wouldn't have them come back. When we first came here we were with a national company who would drive you insane because they call you all the time for adding more services. They have a really bad telephone campaign and would call you at all hours. Our real estate friend recommended A Better Choice Pest Control and we've been very happy with them. They've not only done regular service treatments but they've also helped us with attic critters that needed to be relocated. They wrapped underneath the fascia boards of the house. They've also taken extra precautions by doing additional barriers in the attic and around the flue of our fireplace. They've been very impressive to us for a number of years and we've been very happy with them. We own about a half an acre and we also have pets and kids, so we've not had any negative reactions at all to internal or external spraying. They always send the same technician and his name is Richard. He knows what to look for, what not to look for and accommodates our family which is why we stick with them. I wish other businesses would do that. They used to be called Budget Pest Control, but the owner changed their name.

They come every month. They always call in advance and follow up. They are thorough and are punctual. They are reasonable and if I have a problem, they come right away. I have had no problems and they take care of all my critters. I will continue to use them in future.

He is amazing. The main thing I like is that it is personable. He knows my name. He is real easy to schedule with and reschedule. He is quick, professional and personable. The owner's name is Dave. He is very responsive.

These pests were described by the next pest control agency I hired as "acrobatic ants," and they did admit that they can sometimes be hard to eradicate. However, this company treated the entire outside of the house and went up into the attic. The ants have not return for 9 months.

A Better Choice Pest Control (Dane) has sprayed the outside of our house four times and he sprayed our trees for worms several years ago. Dane came when he said he would. He has always asked if there was any information he needed to handle our concern and he is always polite. Once it rained the day he sprayed, I noticed some bugs crawling on the house a few weeks later and asked for a respray. He came promptly and did not charge for the respray. He said he knew there was a risk of rain when he sprayed the first time. I explained that he did not need to insure his work because of rain, but he would accept no payment. I don't know how his price compares - why should I?

They come four times a year. They do excellent work. They are professional and friendly. Highly recommend them.
