Keep having low speeds and complete drops of no internet access. Suddenlink has sent techs out 3 or 4 times this year; they change the modem, on changed to the cable from their pole to my house, all splitters, etc., but the problem is not resolved. This has been going on for the last year, and they keep doing the same thing, but they do not resolve the problem.

We're paying about $100 a month. I don't really have much good to say but I don't have anything bad to say either. They're an average company. They're our only option in town for cable Internet. I haven't had any bad experiences with them. It's the only option for cable internet in Bryan, Texas so if people want high-speed Internet, then they have no choice.

The appointment was set for 8am-5pm on Saturday ... the technician called about 6:00pm asking if he could still come at about 6:30pm and we said yes. He inspected the lines and determined that the tree branches must have hit some of the internet equipment on the electric pole and broke some of the equipment and had to call another technician to deliver the part to replace it. The part was replaced and our internet up and running shortly thereafter. The technician was knowledgeable and quick to fix everything. Although it took forever to get through to finally talk someone, Suddenlink sent someone out the next day and repaired everything. I was impressed that there was also no charge!

Our property management we rent from provides the service with Sudden Link for us at no cost to us. We have been highly impressed for over a year that we have been in our unit. The speed has been and quot; blazing fastand quot; as one friend put it when he compared it to his own service. We highly recommend this TV and internet service to anyone!

Went over our 250-Gb/month usage limit this month…and they cut-off our internet service on Christmas day without prior notice/warning! Just bad business practice--especially in the Brazos Valley. Total scrooges… I was considering a change in provider prior to this since Netflix streaming is also very slow and frequently drops/cuts out. Especially bad during peak hours, but also cuts out during non-peak hours. Last straw...Will be changing providers. Been a suddenLink customer for about 3 years. Always paid our bill, so no problem there. Would not recommend sudden link.

Tech left cable laying across my driveway stating that a crew would call and let me know when they were coming. They came with ou a call and hung the wire on my neghibors fence...poor quality
