SM Construction is located in BCS, the twin cities of Bryan and College Station. We’re a general contractor serving residential and light commercial customers in the Brazos Valley. SM Construction has been involved in a wide variety of construction projects, from new construction on half a million dollar homes, to small one-room additions, to mobile-home residing projects.
