Very poor business practices. Did not provide a quote for the service before the repair was completed and when we asked for a breakdown of the bill, their response was it was a tier one repair and they refused to breakdown the cost into amount in labor and amount in parts. It cost $300 for a repair that took less than 30 minutes to diagnose and repair and they would not explain why the cost was so high. They also do not have online bill pay so you have to read your credit card to someone over the phone to pay the bill. I do public speaking for a living and enunciate well and the young lady on the phone took at least 6 tries before she could get the information correct. At one point, she tried to tell me it was insufficient funds. Obviously not the case since she finally managed to enter everything correctly (after a ridiculous amount of time on the phone) and my card was transaction was successful. Will NEVER do business with this company again.

At 8:03 am this morning (Saturday), I call Siegert One Hour, and they get me on their list (#4) of clients today. Eliaz the tech calls and gives us a time and arrives within minutes of his call, then gets right to work. He found our attic unit water pan filled due to a clog in the drain pipe. It needed to be unclogged and cleaned. He explained that usually there is a secondary drain for back-up, which like the primary would have drained outside (and thus visible to us). He asked if we wanted him to install one, although it could wait. Regardless he'd be able to get us going. We tell him yes, install. When he comes back out of the attic he reveals that he found a second drain already installed- just not connected! So he connected it - and that discovery saved us a nice chunk of change. As soon as he got it going, we could feel the house cooling off - kids were happy. Kids said seeing Mr. Eliaz was better than Santa! Kudos to Eliaz and Siegert One Hour for their professionalism and honesty! They've earned my business for life and my endorsement!

The service men were friendly and knowledgeable. Once the replacement unit came in from the manufacturer, they had it in that day. My house cooled before bedtime that evening and I was pleased! They have fair pricing and get the job done. I would highly recommend them!

They did an excellent job. They asked her to check the breaker before they came and they warned her and told her if they have to come out and that's all it is, he's still going to charge her for service and I liked the fact that he told her up front.

Technicians quickly located the leak and repaired. Great experience. Will use again.

They showed up at 4:15pm and left 7:40pm. He replaced the motor, transformer, and relay box. After About 2 hrs once the problem was diagnosed, he put in a relay, and tranformer and when those blew that's when the motor was replaced. He put another relay on but didnt have another transformer. So he packed it all up and returned the next morning at 9:30. It took him about 10 mins before he was completely finished. When it came time for the bill his manager decided to waive 2 parts charge and install fees.($117 each). The only thing I paid was the $69 diagnostic fee and the $342 motor!! A few days later, we had some warmer weather and therefore did not need the heater, instead I had to turn the a/c on. That's when I noticed that after I turned it on, the temp continued to rise. I called Siegert on Monday since this took place over the weekend, and asked for the guy that came the first time. He was out til Tues. So on Tues. They call and notify me that he is still out and that the manager would be the one coming in his place. I said fine. He showed up at 8:45am and said the motor speed was all the way down, so he turned it up to my desire, and was finished in about 25 mins. I was thrilled.. And even at no cost! WOW!! I will continue to use this company in the future!

I spent 30 minutes writing all the details and the site timed out on me. Not writing it again, but suffice it to say, I'm $1200 worse off with nothing working any better than before. Like the beginning of a joke.... How many a/c companies DOES it take to get an a/c system correct and working efficiently? I don't KNOW yet!! So FAR, it's been three "pros" over the last two years and NOTHING is working like it's supposed to (ANOTHER company put in my new a/c 2 years ago) and it's been WRONG ever since.....Only thing that IS working is that new electric meter that's accounting for every kilowatt this ridiculous situation is costing me! With my a/c running almost 24 hours a day to keep SOMEWHAT cool, that meter is running and reporting my electric usage JUST perfectly!!! Yay!!! Big money to get things done, STILL not cool and electric bills from the pits of Hades!

Raul showed up right on time. He explained exactly what he would be doing and invited me to accompany him as he worked which I did. He told me why he did each task, pointed out potential issues with the system, the seriousness of the issue and gave me options on ways to address the issue. He did a very thorough job and I will not hesitate to use Siegert again.

I own a few rental properties. We have had Siegert to provide services for our AC systems for many years.
The main reason that I use their service is because of Benny Garrett, one of their technicians. Benny is very skilled, experienced, knowledgeable and communicative. Every time He can diagnose and fix the problem at the first trip. Very reliable services ! My only complaint is their high prices.

Arrived promptly and gave me service options. Discussed pros and cons of different options.

The day I called to get an estimate on the work, they came out within 2 hours, gave me a quote and scheduled to coordinate with thye plumber at the same time. The young man who did the work was very congenial, prompt and efficient. We will use Siegert from now on for all of our HVAC maintenance!

Siegert came highly recommended by my son-in-law. Benny Garrett came right away and took care of the problem. He's prompt and came when he said he'd be here. He's also very honest and polite as can be. Their price was very reasonable. The work was done great, so I haven't had him back.

We have a twice a year agreement with them. They are excellent. The price is reasonable. They are always on the dot for responsiveness.

Not selected as the installer for a 10 ton AC. They were professional and helpful. They were off the low bid by 7% and wanted to install Carrier. Otherwise they would have been selected.
