They were rude and unprofessional. They complained numerous times that there was no reason for them to be here. They also did not email me their report that they said they would. I think checking for moisture is your job. There's no reason to complain about it. I will NEVER use this company again.

I will never recommend them and my insurance adjuster also informed that this company has received similar complaints.  On one freezing afternoon in Texas, I had a hot water pipe break and it had water spraying all over my game room.  I had quality merchandise and I called them, as their advertisement said that they leave as it was which, was not the case.  They came moved my furniture, facing each other, put the machines down and left.  Finally, after 3 days they came, removed half the carpets and left the furniture as it is facing each other.  The furniture was no longer usable and now I have a brand new room and charged me $700 for 2 men to move things around.  I think people should know about this, but I will never let them inside my house.

The insurance company called them. They were working elsewhere, but showed up within hours. Repairs proceeded in a timely manner due to their efficiency.
