After the work was all done, a lattice sheet blew off in the wind because it had never been nailed down. Left gaping holes in deck top when he ran out of lattice. I called him at least 4 times to have someone come over and nail the lattice back on the deck top and he finally came and brought someone to do it. When he was leaving he noticed the gaps in the roof of the deck and said "didn't I leave any scraps" - no he didn't and he didn't offer to fix it like it should have been fixed. His tile man left grouting on my pebble-concrete sidewalk and that won't come off--otherwise, the job was ok.
