Royal Coil

I originally called Royal Coil in 2012 based on a friend's recommendation when I returned from a trip late one night to find that our A/C had died while I was gone and our indoor temperature was over 95. They were able to come out first thing the next morning and repair it immediately. The technician warned me that the unit was not only old, but had previously been repaired with non-matching parts and was likely to die altogether within a couple of years. About a year later, we began noticing that the house was much warmer than the temperature we'd set on the thermostat. The technician recommended replacing the unit altogether. Once it arrived, they were able to install it in about eight hours despite the cramped quarters in our utility closet -- so we didn't have to go without overnight, at the height of summer heat.
They were great, and I'd recommend them without reservation.

I later found out that my unit in the attic was in terrible shape and could have possible been giving off carbon monoxide and the service technician never mentioned it to me. I don't use them anymore because of this. My family could have been in danger and they didn't mention the condition of the unit to me!
