Robby gave an extremely fair bid and even though it turned out to be more work than originally anticipated, he still did the job for the original price. Very nice workers/ employees. Would definitely hire again!

Work quality is excellent. The business owner is a perfectionist. Workers showed up on time and took care protecting our furnishings. This is the third time we have used R&B and we will always use them in the future.

Rob is the best! He is attentive, his guys are detailed, he even brought out a trim carpenter to clean up areas that my trim carpenter was too scared to touch. His ability to match stain is amazing, and his suggestions are clearly from years of experience. I don't think you can find a better crew and my house has never looked better!

They did an amazing job. It only took 4 days to paint my entire 5 bedroom home. They covered my furniture and didn’t leave any mess behind.

From what these guys said as they walked the space to give me an estimate I knew their work would look amazing, unfortunately I can not afford amazing.

Robby and Kevin came out for an inspection and to give me a bid on September 19 and it is September 26 and I have not heard back from them.

We were doing a final walk through on a rental property two weeks prior to the arrival of new tenants from over seas. We walked in to find water on the kitchen floor, running done the walls casing puckering in the paint and portions of the ceiling hanging. This property is in a college town where most contractors, including Robby, are crazily busy helping prepare for new renters. We didn't know how it would ever be ready!

I contacted Robby. He was very prompt in returning my phone call and despite his busy schedule promised he could help me in time for the new tenants. He went to see the property and called to give the estimate. I was dreading his call. I couldn't imagine what the cost was going to be. I was so pleased and excited when he gave me the estimate. Robby and his crew were kind , professional and went above and beyond. The work they did was amazing! You would never know that there was ever a leak. The texture matched perfectly!
They painted from corner to corner and it tied in beautifully. He noticed issues that we were unaware of and took care of them. He kept me informed of the progress and finished when he promised. They even touched up areas that weren't part of the damage. Robby was attentive and made us feel like his only client.

We plan to call to Robby and his crew when we are ready to paint or need any further work done. I inquired about having him paint the entire interior at this time, but he was very honest and let me know that it wasn't necessary at this time. SO APPRECIATED! Because of all the rain we had this spring it was very hard to have a week of sunshine to complete this job.  However, as soon as we had a sunny week, R & B Paint Contractors were ready to start the washing and prep needed.  Painting of our two story house and detached garage was completed within the week.  We were very pleased with the quality of their work and will certainly call them again.

R&B were fantastic! They showed up right away to provide an estimate, the price was very fair, and, the very next day, the team showed up to complete the job. The workers were punctual, courteous, and professional. They worked fast, were done in a few hours, and cleaned up the mess. And after repairing several walls, they perfectly matched the surrounding paint color, and even painted in a few extra places in order to touch up the room a bit more. I would definitely hire them again.

There was a lot of work to be done and the work crews varied in size from three to about seven or eight depending on the type work being performed.  Due to condition of old moldings and drywall there was a lot of prepping to be done before painting. Workers were knowledgeable and neat. 

Troy the crew leader was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.  As the project goes along, any noted defects in workmanship that were discovered were quickly corrected.

I am planning to use them for similar type work in the near future. 

Performed excellent work. Paint job is very professional.  Crew was prompt and thoughtful.  Didn't leave a mess. Took care of  things (I left a hammock up accidentally and instead of leaving it where it could get paint on it, they removed it and carefully rolled it up for me).  Robby's same crew has been with him for years and it shows.  They know their business and really did a fantastic job.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Pleasant, honest, hard working and knew their business.  No worries with getting wrong type of paint (flat vs semi-gloss) as we  have had with some others.  Showed up when they said they would and went to work.

Our first experience was asking them to come out to do a 2nd story emergency re-caulk of some siding.  The next day Robby came out and measured for his bid.  We had LOTS of concerns about the pressure washing and Robby was so patient in explaining the details.   There was some other siding that I thought was shot - but Robby had his carpenter come out and they said it was serviceable - that probably saved me a few hundred bucks right there!

When we did a little pre-test on the area that leaked we discovered it wasn't the boards (they had done a great job caulking) but something else.  That resulted in our rescheduling Robby and they didn't complain one bit!  We then had Schulte come out (see that review) and they fixed the issue.  We were able to schedule Robby to come out 2 days later.

Robby's crew showed up on time and proceeded to pressure wash - the amount of dirt and loose caulking was amazing.  They then allowed the house to dry (no leaks thanks to Schulte) and went to town painting.  Once here we did a few small change orders (we didn't want the doors painted but changed our minds).  Being a large, tall, house it took them a few days to get the two coats of paint up.  What a difference that made all the way around.  They even repainted some of the new flashing from a recent partial re-roof (Schulte) and what a difference that makes in the appearance of the house.  Robby's crew did take a clean-up pass around the house and we aren't finding much they missed.

Robby's crew has been with him for some time and it shows.  We've had issues with other contractors trying to grow and their quality suffers. Robby enjoys his work, takes care of his crew, and is reliable.

We will be needing the inside painted before too long and Robby's on that short list.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Rob and his crew.  They were timely, courteous, and cleaned up every day before leaving. The final results was exactly what I expected.  I would definitely recommend R & B Paint Contractors.

I stepped through my ceiling, creating a hole about 2' by 2'. Being pretty handy with home improvement projects, I wanted to fix it myself, but I knew I would not be able to get the knockdown texture of the patch to match that of the ceiling. I called R&B and left a message. Both times I contacted them, Robby was very prompt to return my calls and answer whatever questions I had. I described the job over the phone and he immediately quoted me at $100. 
The crew of 2 arrived on time in the morning and was there about 3-4 hours. They were done with the patch after the first hour or two, but then worked on matching the texture for the rest of the time... trying different methods to get it just right. I was very impressed with how meticulous they were in trying to get the texture to look as close to the existing texture as possible. The texture was not a 100% perfect match, but I would give it 95%. Only a perfectionist like me would ever be able to notice the difference (and only after looking for it for a few minutes). It looks great. And for almost 4 hours of work... an awesome price. It saved me a lot of hassle and heartache. Thanks.
