They are very professional and prompt. They turn around the reports in a day which was very helpful. Andy walked us around the house to show us major concerns that would appear in their report plus the pictures in the report. They have an example of their report on their web site which was followed and was very clear on all the issues. They responded quickly to phone calls or emails after the fact. I can definitely recommend them.

When I called to find out about their services, Andy answered the phone. He was very friendly and helpful, and was experienced with the property address I wanted to get inspected. He gave me some good advice about  getting a separate HVAC inspection. I got a nice vibe from him, and would have hired him, but he declined to work with me after hearing the name of my real estate agent. To his credit, he did not bad-mouth the person, but simply refused to take my job.
I have no idea if he is a good inspector, but I was impressed with his website and credentials.
