Delmar and his crew were punctual, professional and handled everything from moving the existing furniture to matching the new stain perfectly to go with floors that were not damaged, and then replaced the furniture to its original place in the rooms. They finished in the allotted time and I would definitely hire them again! We could not be happier with the results!

They are good but don't paint prior to work because they will get it dirty, very (hand prints on Wall and glue everywhere. .. Also tore up paint job).

They had to come back and fix several things. The final outcome was good but believe that the homeowner needs to inspect work at each stage.

I needed the carpet on 3 of my bedrooms removed and install laminate floors and blend in with the rest of the rooms in my house. I did a lot of research from different companies and although Old Texas Wood Floors was not the cheapest, it was very affordable, Delmar Arellano offered to come over and give me an estimate and professional advice. After our meeting I felt very, very comfortable and sure that he would do the job well. I wasn't wrong. OTWF were right on time and got right down to business. Delmar and team were very friendly and did not waste anytime in performing the job. To finish the job sooner, we moved all the furniture and prepared the rooms for OTWF but Delmar assured us they would have done the moving if we had asked. OTWF were done by the second day and Delmar left us with very specific instructions what to do after they would leave so that our floors would look their best, and they do. In the end, we are very, very pleased with the work Old Texas Wood Floors did on our home. Thank you.
