The cherry dresser I bought had no defects except a very small (1/4") nick at the very bottom and would not be noticed. When it was delivered I noticed 2 drawer handles were missing. Also the the nick that I saw was not on that piece of furniture. The delivery men said the manager had taken them off because "the swinging pulls were falling out". (The dresser I looked at had all handles intact. I had really looked it over.) She was supposed to order them from the factory. I went to the store about 2 weeks later and she said they were not in yet - and she said she was going to bring them to my home when they arrived. I went back several times - still no handles. I even bought a couple other small pieces... I went back again...asking for my handles. I just wish she would have left the defective pulls on...a little stretching of the C-design would have made them work well. Well, it is a year later...no handles...no response! ...gaping holes where they should be...
Description of Work: I bought a triple dresser from the clearance section and it was delivered.
