I like that they're close to me, that their location is good, and that they work on Macs because it's hard to find Mac service providers. They have enough equipment in stock. They have an excess, so you can get it right away and don't have to wait and order it. I guess it's the only upside to paying more which is getting it right away when you need it. It was a quick turnaround on my fix. They don't have a lot of people working there, so when you do come in for a pickup or a drop-off sometimes it takes a long time to see someone.
