Vacuum Cleaners
Salesman came in saving that he was not trying to sell anything. He came in and vacuumed a few rooms. He started going over the sales process with him. The unit he tried to sell me was used and beat up. I told him that I didn't want a used vacuum cleaner. He said that I had already signed the contract and I cannot get out of it. He started acting mean and told me that there is nothing I can do about it. He also took my Orick vacuum as a trade. I kept on it calling them back and the BBB. He finally said that he would allow me to get my $200 back and my old vacuum back. He gave me the $200 back and said that he sold my vacuum. It was a terrible experience.
