The plumbers discovered that we needed parts for our shower faucets and looked for them locally. Local parts stores had many of these on backorder. I ordered the parts from the internet and called the plumbers to come back and install them. They needed a few more pieces, obtained those locally, and then quickly and efficiently fixed all three bathroom faucets. They were prompt and courteous and the showers are working fine now. I haven't received a bill yet.
