Disaster, they are not honest or considerate

I questioned the completed job and he said that we had wait 30 days to let the chip rock settle. He would be back in 30 days to check on it and he gave me a written guarantee for 1 year. He never showed up. Three months later he is not taking my phone calls. When he finally answered my phone call, he pretended to not know who I was. The work was incomplete and it doesn't look like he is returning.
