JMD Roofing and Remodeling Co

JMD came out and gave an estimate. We approved the estimate and scheduled a time to come out and have this done but he never came out. I texted and called him multiple times and he kept on saying by the end of the week every week. I guess my project was just too small for them. I wish I would've known that from the beginning so I didn't waste my time.

They didn’t do the work because they couldn’t do the type of work that I needed.  He recommended one of the carpenters who works for him.  He asked for half of the money up front, but I haven’t seen him since.  He did about three hours of work where he tore things out and put it in my front yard, and then he just left it.  This company employs people who are thieves.  I don’t know if it is totally fair to give the entire company an F, but they have dishonest people in their employ.

I checked JMD?s previous work from other Mueller installers and JMD did much better work. He wasn?t the cheapest but the quality of service and his attention to detail was well worth the money I spent. The job came out looking very good, and I am very satisfied with this roof that will probably last longer then I will. Unlike other roofers, Jay works along side his men. All of his references were definitely positive; I checked 3 references before deciding to hire him for installation.
