I liked their customer service. They came out to my house and looked at the vehicle in advance to give me a quote and nobody else would do that. It was pretty cool. The pricing was good. I was paying cash out of pocket instead of going through insurance. If they are repairing a car that is being paid with cash they push the repair to the bottom because most of their business comes from insurance companies. The insurance companies take priority over everybody else because that is their main business. I believe that most of the auto repair companies around here are like that. They were not a bad company. I liked the guys and they were real personable. They had to do what they have to do so I would probably go back to them.

Another vehicle backed into my car but the damage to my car was just scratched paint. Jand S gave me an estimate without having to make an appointment and gave it to me timely. We made arrangements to start the work which I was told would only take three days. Unfortunately, the job took five which caused me some difficulties. However, when I picked up the car they had not only done a great job but they had cleaned the car inside and out--it looked wonderful. I will use them again.
