Heaven's Best Carpet Care

Heaven's Best did a great job! Called on Monday and set up an appointment for Thursday. Two-person crew showed up on time. Cleaned carpets that we asked them to. It wasn't scheduled, but we asked them to clean one sofa. The crew came back later that day to finish the job. Very professional, very punctual and very good at what they do.

They arrived on time and explained everything they would be doing. All turned out great. I am very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

They did an great job. They were prompt. They did their job and they were very reasonably priced. They were pretty hard to get a hold of but it wasn't like devastating. It was likely because they were called by the realtor and then by me. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

He was 45 minutes late because he did not take my number when I called after completing his form online. I never heard from him, so i called and we set the date and I had to remind him of the internet discount. When he did not show up within about 30 minutes (it was one of those very cold days) I called and he was fortunately on his way. I would suggest when hiring him, you give him a timeline. I was his only appointment and we was at my house for five hours. 2 small carpet areas and a couch and 2 chairs. He works for himself and takes business calls during my time. He is obviously trying to work on his own business, but he needs to work on time value. As far as the work done, it was excellent and I will certainly use him again. And, I will recommend his services to others, with a stipulation of time management from the get go. He is very personable and likable and does an excellent job of cleaning up afterward.

Raymond was friendly and personable. He explained his cleaning method and promptly began work. The carpet and sofa look clean and refreshed. I would definitely call upon him again.

They came and did an excellent job. They even cleaned our tile front porch with no extra charge. These folks are a plus in my book.
