The technician Seth was wonderful. He arrived on time. He was professional and detailed. Not only was the house re-keyed, he also fixed some trouble spots where the door/lock transition was rough.
Tip: he said call in the early morning as afternoons get busy.

Called them around 8:30am, they arrived around 10am, and completed everything we asked without problem. Would definitely use again.

The product is fine, customer service is fine, the price point is pretty high but I guess you get what you pay for. There is no other competition in town that is exclusively a locksmith company.
