Ernie made time in his day even though he was busy to stop by and help us out.
He installed new pipes throughout our house a couple of years ago because the old ones had rusted through. This was a BIG project and required a couple of weeks to complete. We were never without water and he always explained exactly what he was doing and charged us a more-than-fair price.
Such a nice guy!

He is one of those guys that is honest, simple, and makes you feel like you weren't and quot;soldand quot; something or taken advantage of. On a couple of things in our bathroom, he was willing to teach me how to do some simple things so I wouldn't need to call him next time. Really nice guy. In fact, one time I saw him at Lowe's as I was buying plumbing parts. He answered a couple of questions for me and told me some quick tips on how to do the job I was working on at home.
I first met Ernie when we used him to fix a leaky faucet at our church building. He also fixed a urinal that wasn't working for FREE. It was a pretty simple job, and we had opted to just save the money, but he did it for free for us. More recently, we called him back to fix our baptistry plumbing. Really nice guy.
The only thing about Ernie is that a couple of times he hasn't shown up exactly when he said he would. So I gave him a B on punctuality. But I don't mind waiting when I know I'll get a good job from an honest man at a fair price.

My experience with them went very well. They were very personable. They got the job done quick and they cleaned up after themselves. They treated me very well. They were very professional.

The guy came out to access the problem, and fixed it quickly. He didn't charge me anything. I know him for a very long time, and I gave him some referrals. He did the work very fast. He is efficient. I think it would be $60-$80 for the service call with others to access the problem. He is reasonable. He came within 50 minutes of me calling him.
