They were able to start the haircut right away with no wait, even though there were other customers also being served. His barber did not ask very many about exactly what he wanted done, although it was pretty simple. She was very quick, but when he got home he found that the haircut was fine, but his beard had some irregularities (a gouge on one side, neck not cleanly shaved, temples uneven by about an inch). It didn't help that he was too far away from the mirror to see these things before he left. Overall, the service was professional and courteous, but lacked attention to detail. This may merely be the result of inexperience with beards. The problem was not serious enough to warrant returning to have it corrected, but was easily fixed with a personal beard trimmer.
