I admit that an auto body shop is low on my list of places to visit. Heck, even the slogan at this place says it all: and quot;We meet by accident!and quot; Anyway, after having another driver run right through a stop sign (no brake lights, no cognition at all), my misfortune led to George's Paint and Body. Everyone with whom I dealt was polite and honest. My car was totaled even though it was only front-end damage, which was clearly communicated to me and to the other side's insurance company. This led to very rapid processing of the claim. Though I definitely would prefer that I not be able to write this review, I will say that if I needed auto body work, George's would be high on my list.

Calling to inquire about bringing my vehicle to them, I was treated professionally and given a time to come in. Barely were out of our vehicles and we were greeted by the owner. He looked at the door and proceeded to explain why it was not functioning and what would have to be done to get it working in proper fashion again. He was detailed in his explanation and we understood everything he was telling us. We went into the office for him to give us a quote for completing the job. He quoted us two prices, one with all new parts and one using the old parts, if they were usable again after cleaning them up. While waiting in the office for the quote we were able to converse with everyone in the office, we ended up joking around quite a bit with them. They all have a good sense of humor and are very friendly. Our car was ready within 24 hours and they washed and vacuumed it before they brought it out. The price was very fair as they were actually able to use the old, cleaned up parts. We have since sent our daughter with her car to them for body work, again a fair price and timely service, she too was very satisfied.

Well pleased with quality and timeliness of work. This was not an insurance claim, but I used this State Farm approved repair shop, which had previously made a highly satisfactory repair to our Ford Taurus. Cost was 20% less than the other 2 estmates I solicited.
