The owner of the company is highly experienced and professional. He has been in this business for 30 plus years. He had two guys come over to do the actual painting. It was a father and son and they did a good job. The father being more experienced but was good about instructing his son. Overall, they were very prompt, hardworking, meticullous and good. The price was good for two full days of work.

The guys from Gene's Maintenance Service did a very good job. They made my kitchen look like a brand new kitchen. Their working hours is a dream. You will have your house back in the evening to relax. They work steady when they are at the house and they are wonderful to get along. I took a lot of his advice him being the expert and I'm glad I did. He is practically a member of the family now.

I would use him again without hesitation.

I spoke with Gene two weeks before the project began, and from the point of the first conversation everything we discussed was accurate to the final bill. Gene arrived on time with his crew each day, carefully covered every area, moved furniture and treated our home as if it were his own. It took three days to complete the job, but we didnt mind at all because he did an outstanding job. Each morning they arrived the area they were working was prepped, and everyday before they left the entire room was picked up and restored to how they found it, so as not to interfere with our normal activities throughout the house. We cant say enough about his professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend him, and I plan to hire Gene again in the future for another project.

This repair was completed on the second day after I contacted Gene. He arrived on schedule to first examine the damaged
site and then to make the repair after gathering tha needed supplies.The repair was done quickly, with excellent quality results.
Gene has done other home-maintenance jobs for us, including painting (outside and inside), carpentry, tile, sheetrock, and light electrical. The work he and his crew do is very good quality, and Gene has always been dependable, fair, and honest. He truly is very and quot;handyand quot; and knowledgeable of home repair/maintenance issues.

Mr. Loper arrived within 1 day of phone call to company. We discussed scope of work and it commenced when he said it would. It also took the time he estimated and with the amount of equipment he said it would take. The painter always arrived on time. He was just the nicest guy you would ever want to meet and have in your house for several days. The job he did was perfect! For something that is rather stressful, the whole experience was very pleasant. We are going to use this company to refurbish our kitchen and master bathroom. Very professional and pleasant experience. Oh, the cost was more than reasonable. The finish cost came within the estimate. You can feel confident and safe doing business with this company.

Almost all of the painting was done by one painter whose objective is to do quality work...this is the goal of this company. This project required 14 days to be completed, but the product is absolutely first-rate in every way.

This is our second experience with these workers. About four years ago they painted the exterior paintable surfaces on our house, plus interior walls. We were well pleased with the resuts of their work then, as well.
