I highly reccomend knowing Spanish if you want to hire Felix. He doesn't understand English well and it leads to major misunderstandings. His workers are sloppy and left paint footprints all over my house, overspray on my brick walkway, and drips and runs on the trim. He would disappear for a week or two at a time and leave projects unfinished. I was left cleaning up the overspray on all the windows in the rooms he repainted. The work that Felix did himself was of much higher quality than that of his laborers. He is good at drywall repair.
