Gus Heinze is a master plumber and a very professional business person -- quality work and professionalism is hard to find these days.
We have a house that was built in the 70's and the fixtures are out of date. Hard to find replacements for everything -- we had to special order toilets for this house when we first moved in.
In the master bathroom there is a large walk in shower that was also built as a tiled tub -- very hard to explain. The faucet for the tub has been leaking frequently. My husband has fixed it several times in the past years -- but finally it gave out and we realized it was beyond a simple DIY project as it kept leaking.
We heard about Eagle plumbing through a friend and looked up the website. Gus was easy to contact and we were able to set up an appointment good for our schedule. On the scheduled appointment time, he came early, surveyed the problem and discussed our options. He was very honest with the different things we could try and the cost of each. We made a choice and he got to work.
The next job was replacing the guest bathroom vintage faucet. This ended up being a very interesting job as the parts were rusted. Gus took care of everything and it is beautiful and of course works great.
His website details everything for the customer and he has a discount coupon for educators and military personnel. I like that! It says something about his values.
From now on, we will be calling on Eagle Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. We finally found an honest and high quality plumbing company.
