David went above and beyond and made a bad situation positive. My wife's minivan was broken into while she was dropping off our daughters at daycare. My wife had a late meeting at work that day and she was very concerned about our daughters knowing that the van had been broken into, but knew she had no time to take the van anywhere that day. David understood my wife's concern, and went to her place of employment, took the van. and changed out the window, vacuumed out the broken glass and left the bill in the front seat all before she had left work for the day. This is the type of service my grandfather used to tell me about, and it was refreshing that it still existed today. I highly recommend David for all of your auto glass needs.

I called David's Autoglass after noticing a crack growing from the bottom of my windshield. He told me he could check it out and determine if a repair was possible or if replacement was needed. In less than an hour, David was at my home. The crack was repaired in minutes and the cost was covered by my insurance.

After I had filed the police report for a vehicle burglary, I started looking immediately for auto glass dealers in the area. David's Autoglass was one of two that I called (since they had favorable reviews on Angie's List) that could have the window I needed available by the end of the day. David was very professional in our phone conversations, and I could tell that he was very knowledgeable in getting what I needed done. After describing what vehicle I had, he called me back within 5 minutes with a quote. Both the response time and the quote (glass, glass removal, cleanup, and installation) were very reasonable.

One of the things that sets David apart from the others is that he's willing to meet you (either he comes to you or you come to him) at any hour of the day. I brought my truck in that evening, and he immediately got to work. He thoroughly vacuumed and removed all of the broken glass, and I was very confident that I or someone else would not be cut sitting in the seat that was next to the broken window. We had a great chat the entire time he was working, and I was glad I could help him fix my truck (he, of course, does not expect you to help out). After he installed the window, he checked his work to make sure that the window would go up and down without any problems.

He shopped around for the best price and the cost was approximately $100 less than what he told me it might be. He has also replaced a window in my daughter's car and she was also very pleased. He is an honest business man and was cheaper than anyone else in town when I checked prices. I will always go to him as long as he is in business and I need auto glass repair work.
