CENTEX COUNTERTOPS

From start to finish, the whole job went really well. Christie, who works in the showroom, was very helpful and kept us informed throughout. Some final instructions didn't make it to the fabricators but Centex was willing to redo that part of the job, although we ended up leaving it as it was. The finished counter top looks great and there was enough material left over for a garden bench. This was the second time we'd hired Centex . . . no regrets!

Overall I was satisfied with the end result. Communication with Centex is a challenge, unreturned phone calls, difficulty is reaching the owner. They appear to have so much business that it is difficult managing everything. If they had not come highly recommended, I would have gone to a different supplier because of the communications issues.

Exactly as scheduled. Always on time, worked with my availability. Looked great. Unfortunately kitchen sink came unfastened from the granite after about 6 months, but as soon as I called them, they came out and fixed it with no charge. I am happy with their work and professionalism!

These people are GREAT! Family owned and operated they can handle any size granite job from a small home countertop to large commercial needs. Doug and his father run the business. Doug came to our site to see the size of our projects. He helped us match the granice to our vessel sinks. He also guided us on edgings and the details that go with granite countertops. Paul came to our site in the morning to get final measurements. He returned to our home in early afternoon to install them. We will contract them again in the near future to cut and install our granite kitchen counters.
