Came out to do foundation inspection on a house I’m buying. The inspection/quote that we received a few days later is unusable. There is no proof, documentation, pictures or diagrams provided. All I received was a basic invoice with minimal details for $10k. While this may be okay for some, I needed this to take back to the seller of the home for renegotiation. So for $250 i didn’t get what I needed and actually have to have another company come out. After questioning this, apparently pictures are only taken by request. I’m not sure where that was listed on the website or if it’s common practice to have to request pictures and diagrams for proof, but if you go with these guys make sure you do.

"Please understand that this review does not describe the detailed repair estimate or the inspectors name. Note also that we did not start charging a fee for pier-n-beam inspections until 2021. I believe the customer may have mint the review for Brazos Valley Services which we get a lot of people complaining about their services. Please provide us an address of the property in question and if it was us, we will gladly process a refund. We have repaired and given estimates to over 7,500 realtors and home owners to date and this is the only report of a negative nature. Walter R Childers, President and co-owner"
