We have used the service for a couple of years and while it was not great, it was OK. We had one instance in which recently planted flowers in the flower bed were destroyed. While I was not happy, I realized that the person cutting the grass probably thought that they were weeds so I let that go. A few days ago, they had come for the regular mowing and after the visit I realized that they had cut off branches off some of our trees. Upon inspection, I saw that our pear tree had all branches missing on one side. I couldn't believe that anyone would do such a thing. You do not have to be an expert to know that this is not good pruning. Plus, they had never told us that they would be cutting branches off, let alone messing with our fruit trees. The branches had fruit growing on it and now the tree looks completely misshapen. I called to ask them why they had done that and they told me that they will talk with the person who did the service and would call me back. I am still waiting for their callback. I am very disappointed and needless to say looking to switch. We are charged $200 per month for their services all year round ($2400 per year) and this apparently is not enough to ensure competence and care. Update as of 4.20.2021: We had an issue with a trimmed fruit tree during a lawn mowing service. Since then, the service provider has reached out and tried to remedy the problem. We we decided to switch to another provider, we appreciated the fact that our problem was not ignored. We also have had good experience with the sprinkler repair service that the company provides.

I used this service for several years but started having problems with them not showing up on the designated service dates. They always came out once I contacted them but it became a hassle to request service every month so I switched to a different company. Their quality of work was great when they did show up though.

Has been providing this service for us over a 2+ year basis. Always do a good job, clean up afterwards and remember to lock gate.
