I'm very impressed with the all over service! The silk wall hanging tapestries smelled of smoke and had become discolored from the smoker who had them previously. When I picked up the tapestries I was educated by the owner how they were cleaned, how to continue caring for them, and the amount of work that went in to restoring them back to their almost original condition. The owner pointed out weak spots in the tapestries so I would know to be careful if I re-hung them. He also explained how the tapestrie would have been made. Wow I'm very impressed and pleased with the quality of work and the tapestries DO NOT SMELL LIKE SMOKE. I felt secure leaving these articles at the shop to be worked on. I would most definitely hire this company to do work in my home. Service was completed within the timeframe stated and the price never changed from what was quoted.
