Excellent. They were professional and reliable.

Always doing good with their preventative maintenance. Only thing is that they cannot kill scorpions. Curtis is our service tech, and he is just wonderful, polite, and thoughtful. Very thorough.

Great pest control service and everyone is very helpful and polite! We have had them out twice now and it has made a big difference in the amount of insects around the house. They are set to come out ever three months, but if we need them sooner we can call and they will come back asap. Although the service include the inside I asked them to just spray around the outside of the house and that has done well enough to keep the pests down and out. Some time ago we had another big name company come out and they pale in comparison to these guys! 

They were able to come out the same day which was nice. I didn't need to be home for it. I don't have a problem about that. I would use them again in the future.

Came same day as called. Was given the name of the company's representative that would be coming so could be identified. Both times representative was very prompt and punctual. Identified ants and treated inside and out for them. Returned following week when ants were still showing and retreated. Very professional and thorough. Have had no problem within last couple of months. Treatment was guaranteed for 90 days. Would definitely reuse Binford should need arise.

Only negative comment would have was that was given two prices on the phone before the representative arrived as did not know what type of ants we had. Were told that if was carpenter ants price was $15 higher than other types. Representative charged the higher price even though did not have the carpenter ants. However, with the invasion of ants did not really matter about $15 at that time. Thankful to be rid of the pests.

I pay $77 quarterly and for the fire ants I pay twice a year $86. Their price is competitive. And they are the best in the business. It is a local family owned business since 1947 and they are just the best. I had a national chain doing our pest control and I found little bugs in my pantry. I called them and they said they didn't deal with it and it was the end of it. I came across Binford and I called them. The founder's son actually answered the phone and he spent the next half hour telling me about Indian meal moths and how to get rid of them. He said unfortunately they don't deal with them because they come in the food packaging from the grocery store. He told me how to prevent them from happening again and how to get rid of them and I wasn't even a customer. I canceled the contract I had with the other company which I was using for 15 years. I signed up to Binford and I have been thrilled. Their price is competitive. I will not use anyone again. I have a yearly contract with them.

They are personable. They will work with my schedule. They seem to do a good job. If I have an issue, they take care of it.

I have been using them for about 20 years. They come out every quarter. They are prompt and they keep the bugs out. If there is any problem, they will come back out and spray the area again. They are technically knowledgeable. If you have any questions, they will answer them. I will continue to use them.

Four times a year they spray the outside of the house and check for insects or pests getting into the house. Once a year they come in and spray internally. They send reminders before they come and they send out monthly minders. The staff is very courteous. The person that comes out is extremely knowledgeable. He takes his time and check things thoroughly.
