BCA Electric

Good diagnostics after Britt Rice Electric could not fix the problem after two tries.  I was impressed that the BCS electrician was checking everything until the connection unexpectedly healed itself (but it would have been a temporary fix, as it had been in the past).  That is when the new wire was pulled and the problem was fixed for sure.  
   Complaints:  Cleanup was not incomplete, a switch in the electrical panel was left in the off position, and the charge was, I believe, $50 higher than it should have been.  Also, I was a bit frustrated that I could not get answers when I asked what they were doing.  This is perhaps unfair because I consider myself an amateur electrician (a WWII Navy Electronics Technician), and it would have been fun for me to know what was going on.  Also, I was probably a nuisance with my questions.  My complaints are clearly minor.

They do work in the whole area. Their price is reasonable. My husband is a tax attorney, and if the price wasn't fair, he wouldn't be paying it.  The punctuality is very good, he makes his appointments and keeps them. We have used him multiple times and will use him in the future.
