Our A/C unit has had on going issues for several months. A capacitor had gone out and was replaced, then that one went out and was replaced under warranty. Our A/C was no longer in business when we ran across Marco. He came out and let us know that the capacitor was going out because the compressor was going bad and it had blown a wire. He repaired the compressor wire and got us up and working, but did let us know that the A/C unit would need to be replaced soon.
We then needed to have out duct work replaced, and we contacted Marco who was happy to come out to do the work. We were afraid he wouldn't want to do the work as we have a double wide manufactured home, but him and his son came out and in no time were they done. The fact that we live out in the country outside of the Bryan city limits, means not too many people want to come out. Marco has no problems coming to do work for us.
So, our A/C unit went out again on Monday, and Marco came out, even though it had been raining, and took a look. The compressor had finally gone out. I asked Marco what he recommended and he let me know that he was a Carrier company. I have read good things on Carrier, so I asked him to do the work. I really didn't ask the price, even though he had quoted me around $1600 for the outside unit before, he had stated that our unit was R-22 and that was being phased out. I had kind of heard about this already in vehicles, so I asked Marco to go ahead and replace the whole unit. He and another of his employees came out and completed the work in under 5 hours. It's a much better unit and we are glad to be cool again.
They removed all the old equipment and cleaned up after themselves. We couldn't afford to write a check, and was glad to hear that Marco accepted credit cards, which a lot of these kind of companies do not or charge a 3% or more fee to use a credit card. Marco does not. We received great service once again from Marco/Aire Cool, and will continue to use him and recommend him to everyone we know and encounter. In case you read this Marco, thank you once again for such superior service, and with a smile.

It went very well. We were pleased to find Marco again. He is no longer with Dr. Cool and tryin to rebuild his business to what it was before Dr. Cool. He was very thorough and professional - just like we remembered him.. Of course we had some catching up to do since we had not been able to contact him through Dr. Cool for a couple of years. Fortumately we did not need an AC man during that time. Marco is a very soft spoken , professional man. He knows his business and how to get you up and running as soon as possible. He doesn't just put a bandaid on your problem and leave. He fixes the problem! He has been out here before to install a new thermostat for us. Again very professional and a likeable person to be around. His prices are very reasonable. He comes out to the country where some others won't. He also services mobil homes where a lot of the others won't even talk to you. If you have a problem, give Marco a try. I'm sure you will be happy with him. He is trying to rebuild his busines and would like some costumers. We heve nothing but praise for Marco and are so glad to have glad to have found him again!! He is the only AC/heating man we want to service our unit.
