This morning we had no hot water in our master bath. I checked Angie's list and selected A.G. Plumbing based on the previous reviews. They were great. When I called they answered promptly and although they were booked for the day, within a few hours I had James at my home looking at the issue. They replaced the hot water heater the same day and cleaned up after themselves. The service was excellent. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them too.

Robert showed up on time and quickly accomplished all items. He was careful to make sure there were no water leaks and tested everything prior to leaving.

They spent too much time trying to figure out where to hook the line to and had to have their boss come help them out.

What should have been a simple procedure turned into something much more complicated once the lever was removed and Robert took a look at everything. He demonstrated how the process usually works, and then pointed out the issues that would not allow that to happen. He explained every step that he would take to try to save my existing faucet, but in the end there was no way it could be done. The extra work took exactly the amount of time that he estimated, he was very polite, and he cleaned up after himself. And my shower works again! If I ever need non-emergency work done again, I will be calling A G Plumbing.

Difficult job for the plumber due to a seized retainer screw. Original style flow control valve was no longer available and required an expensive handle substitution. I did verify this with the manufacturer.

AG Plumbing did an excellent job of updating me on parts availability status and in providing prompt installation.

He was here right on time, called before arrival, did the work exactly as I requested, didn't take any longer than necessary.

My water heater stopped working and I needed a plumber to come out quickly to take a look at it. I called on a Friday and the receptionist was very helpful. She explained that they were short staffed due to an employee having a family emergency but she could send someone out the following Monday. On Monday she called to confirm the appointment and they arrived promptly at the time indicated. The plumber identified the problem quickly and corrected the problem. He needed to install a new connector hose from the water pipe to the water heater. When he did, and relit the pilot light, the heater began to work properly. He was very knowledgeable of water heaters, professional, and quickly fixed the problem. I could not have asked for better service.

The home inspector found the valve stem problem and said it could be a couple hundred to fix it if it was possible to find just the valve stem itself, or if the whole valve had to be replaced, it would be $300-$400 and would involve a big hole in the bedroom wall to get to the valve. Debbie in the office was able to give me an estimate based on both scenarios (as well as offering a way to deal with the hole in the wall if it ended up being necessary) which was right in line with the inspector's estimates.
Caleb arrived when expected and removed his boots before entering the house. He found the valve stem didn't have to be replaced after all, he was able to fix it without replacement. He removed the old caulk and caulked around the spa tub. He did a beautiful job and cleaned everything up after he was done. These are the nicest people you would ever hope to find, professional and a pleasure to deal with, as well as having reasonably priced services. I have called them numerous times now and they are who I will continue to rely on and recommend.

I had a leaking hotwater heater, they came and replaced it, there was stuff in the way that I couldn't handle alone because of the weight, they moved it, replaced the heater, then put it back. Great work, didn't take much time, and charges were reasonable.

We called A G Plumbing and a very nice lady answered the phone, we explained our problem about our leakey faucet and toilet and she sent someone out that afternoon. Caleb looked at the issues and said he would need to cut off the water and since we are a cosmetology school and rely on water for our clients, he would come back first thing in the morning. Caleb showed up promptly and fixed both of our issues, explained exactly what he did and charged us a very fair price. We will continue to use A G Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.

Called them, arranged to come following with after call, and explained on phone the process. They came with the parts to fix, and did so promptly and left so far and so good.
