A-1 Air Conditioning & Heating

After about a month and a half of waiting for the part to come in, the tech comes to put the part in and then stated he can't because he broke another part of the handle...Still waiting and won't be completing my services with them. I've called multiple times and given my name and phone number and never once received a phone call back. NEVER, NEVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN.

Our dishwasher wheel on the top rack became detached from the rail that slides in and out of the washer. We called A-1 for repair services, and at first, all seemed well. We needed the control panel replaced on the dishwasher as well, so when the technician came out to inspect the repair call, he ordered both parts. The company called us back in about a week when the control panel came in and informed us that the wheel had not come in yet, but they would install the panel, then call and schedule another appointment when the wheel came in. About a week later, we called to inquire whether the re-ordered wheel came in and left a message. No return call. Another week passed and we called again. Left a message with no return call. Just today, I called to find out what the problem was. The lady who answered blamed the technician, never apologized for the delay and interrupted me several times to inform me that the correct part had been ordered and delivered, but the technician hadn't been out to our house to install it. She scheduled an appointment for the next available appointment time, tomorrow at 2:00 pm. I'll never use them for anything ever again. They are not responsive to customer calls, and overall very disorganized.
