Tech made a quick response to Angi request and schedule the appt. He confirmed the day before. Then notified as to arrival time. He was friendly and introduced himself and shook hands. He made quick repairs and took time to explain and demonstrate winterizing procedures. Would gladly recommend this provider to others.

Great work would definitely hire again

A few years ago they came out and installed a sprinkler system at my home. Despite the hard rock they had to trench through, they were very fast and efficient making the most out of the working conditions. They were in and out the same day. Workers are very neat and clean, making sure they left lawn as close to original ground as they could afterwards. Also, lawn service accidentally damaged one of the sprinkler heads recently, and even years after, they were prompt to come and resolve the issue. You can definitely tell that customer service and satisfaction is their number one priority. Will definitely recommend.!

Had an appointment on Thursday 9/7 to meet with this company for repair of my irrigation. The company called one hour prior to my appointment time and canceled the appointment and ask to reschedule me to Saturday 9/9. I agreed to this reschedule and waited all day Saturday for them to show up for the appointment. This company was a NO SHOW. They had no professional courtesy to even call and cancel the appointment and therefore wasted my very valuable time. Do not hire this irresponsible company.
