I called this company for a QUOTE. He took it upon himself and removed my roof from my home without my permission and told me if I provided my insurance information he would return to replace my roof. It’s been over a year and I had to pay for someone to come and replace what he took off and repair the damages of his actions caused. He is a scam and not once did he even provide me with a quote. I have text messages and recorded called he agreed to put my roof back up and pay for the damages he caused and still nothing…

He was professional at first then all he cared about was getting the insurance info. Quoted us $28,000 at first then went down to 18,500 when he knew what insurance gave us. Called our insurance to get more money on the claim but never followed thru when he realized his stuff would be paid. Yet we had no extra to get the wood painted, gutters or fix the damaged interior that was claimed as well. My husband is in the oilfield and was gone so anything I had a question about he would blame it on my husband saying he didn't want this/that. When I asked my husband he would say different and show me texts that proved it. He came in/out of my house like he owned the place when they were doing the roof not interior. When he wrote up the summary for insurance he said he painted the wood which he didn't so I couldn't have the Painters call and request for their portion to be covered so we went 4k outta pocket to get the wood painted. They left things in complete disarray when done: outlets covers left on ground, wire tubes pulled apart and left, wires left just hanging from our house.....I took pictures. They left for the weekend in the middle and I had to pick up tons of screws after stepping on 2 that went thru my flip flop. I have a little girl and 2 dogs so I didn't want them getting injured but being 7 months pregnant I shouldn't have had to do their job. When he was finished I noticed they hadn't put the foam in any of the edges to keep bugs/weather out of the roof and u could literally see light straight thru some. I asked it to be done and he tried to give an excuse of why he's not going to. I made him come back and do it. The sides didn't get screwed in on any of the house because he said it would be easier for Painters but he still hasn't come back to do it. He had excuses for everything thinking I'm a dumb woman but I'm not so most didn't fly but never the less the job still wasn't done in a satisfactory manner. We had spray in foam insulation on part of the house so he covered the old tin with new tin to not have to do more work. I NEVER saw them bring any new insulation in and he said the old was fine and we had enough....yet we paid for new/more. He kept talking about ALL the wood work they did but didn't do any new wood on the front half of the house.....and some was left that had been damaged. We live in the country so we burn our trash and now when we do we smell smoke really bad when we never had before this roof, I see wasps inside all the time and more bugs ect. I feel he did a terrible job, lacked professionalism and cut corners wherever he could. I do not recommend him at all to anyone.
