Have been working for over a month to get it fixed - had to order a new modem and pay shipping for a leased modem, still doesn't work. Technicians don't come when they are suppose to, which means another call to a upfront computer system that doesn't work. So frustrating to deal with them. Customer support will not let you talk to a supervisor!

We've had them for 4 or 5 years. The only problem I ever has is with my phone. Their phone service is not very good. Their TV and their internet is excellent but my phone goes off periodically, every few months if the weather is bad. They either reset the computer or sometimes they've had to come out and check the line but they never charge me for it. They are the only game in town.

It went fine, we have used Harris Broad Band Service since 2008 and are very satisfied with them.
