Property Appraisal
The appraiser, Rodney James, looked around the property, including the basement and storage building. He took pictures and measurements. He took note of the cosmetic faults of the house, such as needing painting and linoleum needed repair. He did not ask questions. The company did not send me a report on the value of the house, but sent one to the loan company, concentrating on the cosmetic needs.

Property Appraisal
This company didn't appraise of the property they appraised the clutter in the home. An appraisers job is to evaluate the value of a home given the size, condition, and values of similar homes in the area. This appraiser brought his wife along with him and she had derogatory things to say every where she went. His wife influenced his evaluation of the property and it was very unprofessional.
