Upon leaving the dvd player or any item there it is a 10 dollar estimate cost, which is fine. I was later notified it would be 42 minus the 10 deposit. Once I came in to pick up the dvd player I had them put a disc in to check it out. Well they spliced my connector and add a different one. Which I was told it was bad, this did not make any sense since the internal part was what was loose and I had been using a universal cord as well which gave me the same results. Upon touching the cord slightly the dvd player shut off, so that was not acceptable and I had to leave it there for them to fix it again. Now the second time returning I checked everything again and did it did finally seem to work better and not shut off from any light touch. Then came the cost. I was told it would be 42 and the 10 dollar deposit would be deducted, which was not how I was charged. The receipt came out to 52 - 10. I was livid, since that was not the price I was given. The way I and my husband see it is I was lied to. Then simply told sorry that's what the price is.
