SPRINT

I have had Sprint Cellular service for almost 4 years now.  I never, ever have to go into a Sprint store unless it is an upgrade because my contract was fulfilled.  I had no idea where to go here in Brownsville.  My 17 year old daughter was panic stricken as she still lives in Phoenix to complete school.  Her phone was stolen over spring break in California at Magic Mountain.  To say the least my spouse was furious as this phone cost 500 when he bought it for her over Christmas.  I had no insurance etc. I believe the sales person's name was Joseph?  He helped me so very much and figured out a way so that we could get the phone immediately for under $200, In fact, I think it was either $100 or $150!  He set everything up for her with her contacts etc., reported the other phone stolen and locked it.  When I left the store her phone was ready.  I went straight to the post office and she had it the next day!  When I went to this particular store, I never expected or even dreamed that I would actually get her a phone on the same day and with the most pleasurable experience.  They are knowledgeable and experts in the cellular phone network for sure!  Thanks Angie!
