Sea breeze AC & Heating was very professional and efficient. He found the problem. Ac was leaking Freon from a filter dryer . He was able to replace it with a new one and added Freon. My ac is working great and not freezing anymore.

My parents and I are getting ready to replace our 28 year old AC unit.The evap coil now has a couple leaks. The furnace is newer but I am thinking we should just replace everything when we buy our replacement. 5 ton unit heats/cools 2600 sq ft. No idea how many btu the furnace is. It is a down flow type, natural gas. We are in Texas so having reliable unit and company to install unit was big priority. Mr.Mares and his worker did an amazing of communicating with us step by step in how the process would go. As their customers highly recommend this company and Mr. Mares service to anyone. in conclusion, the company working warranty gave us peace and even on a late Sunday night Mr Mares show up and fixed our issue.
