Concrete Foundation - Install

They were contracted to build a inground cement pool n spa. They size was to be a 15 x 26 pool 3ft to 6ft with a 3 inch water deck. That's not what I got. It is close to 15 x 26 over all but it is 6'6" deep and the water ledge is 13 inches deep. Cant even sit a lounge chair it to sun bathe. When I ask to speak to the owner Lupe said he was the owner and I ask him what is he going to do a out their mistake? He said there is nothing they can do. And now the pump isn't working and been trying for 2 days to get them out here to fix it. No one shows up. Very unprofessional, when I googled the company it says that someone named Arnie owns the company, ???? This pool was supose to be done sept 9th and they didn't get done till Nov 26 and it still isn't right and I haven't even got to use it. And it cost 53k. That's alot of wasted money. Would never recommend this company.
