Sanchez showed up the same day when called to look over the project. Demanded 35$ in payment to travel out and provide quote. Happily accepted the payment and said he would return with estimate of project costs. Roughly three weeks later, after asking repeatedly for said estimate that was paid for in cash ($40.00 because we didn't have $5.00 at the time), he sent one via text (he at that time claimed he didn't have our name or number and that is why he never sent an estimate..) We asked for a break down of the costs. He sent a non-itemized estimate as requested; instead he gave a general cost for overall projects for the inside and outside of the house. Couple weeks after the estimate was provided he was suppose start work. My husband followed up a few days prior to the schedule date to ensure all was going as plan. At this point Sanchez informed my husband that he was unable to make the scheduled date due to some excuse about being in Corpus Christi. He also stated that he had given the wrong estimate and would send another one (claiming he confused us for another home). He then requested that my husband text him nightly for the next three nights to ensure that he wouldn't forget. If he didn't follow through and provide the correct estimate he would refund us the $40.00 he basically stole from us. Surprisingly, neither happened. Don't use this guy or you will be scammed like us. At the time of writing of this review, he still has not gotten back to us (over two months ago now).
