I've worked with Jim several times over the past years. He's worked on our washer, dryer and oven. He's straight forward in his communication, prompt on his appointments and efficient on getting repairs done. We've been really happy with him and will continue to use him.

A friend gave me Jim's name and number. He made the call within 2 hours. After looking at the problem, he diagnosed a faulty relay and replaced it (he had one with him). Within a couple of hours my refrigerator was nice and cold again. The price was modest and the response fantastic!
