We are your local friendly neighborhood handy people who are happy to tackle those odd projects that you never have time to get it done. We perform all kinds of home repairs throughout your home no matter how small you believe it may be. 80% percent of our work is generated through referrals which is enough to keep us repeatedly servicing our clients within the Brownsville and Rancho Viejo area. We also offer maintenance / repair service for local and Chain commercial businesses, absent owner / rental property, realtors, condominiums. Once you've tried us, you'll keep calling us back on new projects.

They cleaned up at the end of each day, leaving the house livable, if not always convenient. We occupied the house for all but two weeks of the work, when the popcorn ceilings throughout the house were removed and when an industrial paint primer was applied to assure a firm bond for new paint on the wood trim.
Ray is sociable and will sit down with you to discuss your concerns. He is knowledgeable on a wide range of topics and we found his advice to be sound. He will be back to replace faucets, replace a gate in our fence, paint more exterior wood trim, and make some other repairs.
